The Storyline include forgery, tampering, concealment, fiction, slander, coercion, etc. In modern society, family relations are becoming more complicated. Family wealth inheritance and asset protection have become a subject that the general public are also interested in.

In 2015, the final ruling of the winding-up of Yung Kee Restaurant in Central was made by the Court of Final Appeal. The judge pointed out that due to the sufficient connections including shareholders and directors of the parent company and its subsidiaries with Hong Kong with business and income in Hong Kong, the related administrative decisions and disputes should also occur in Hong Kong, the court therefore had a very strong ground to order the parent company to wind up in accordance with the requirements of the Companies (Winding Up and Miscellaneous Provisions) Ordinance (Cap.32). The case clarified the jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts over overseas registered companies in the area of company law.
